Consumable Product Policy
Due to the nature of our product as a beverage, all sales of SALVATION:H2O are final.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any beverages once they have shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or if you receive the incorrect product, please contact us immediately.
We may request photographs of the damaged shipping container and product to assist in our investigation and quality control.
Replacements and Refunds
Valid claims for damaged or incorrect items will be resolved with a replacement shipment or a full refund to the original payment method at no additional cost to the customer.
Please report any issues within 14 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.
